Dr. Plummer is a tough teacher, but she is an amazing history professor. You will have to study quite a bit, and she gives tons of extra readings in addition to the textbook. However, she knows what she is talking about, and if you are interested in history as I am, you will enjoy her lectures. The class seems really tough at first, but toward the end she starts doing things to help out your grade. You can write an extra paper if you made a bad grade on one of the previous two, and she'll drop your lowest test grade if you do better on the final (which is not cumulative).
