Additional Comments |
This is an extremely difficult course on it's own, Keyser makes you struggle through it. If you are a History major, TAKE THIS COURSE. You will love it, and it will be a relaxing/interesting course for you. This course should be labeled "History Majors ONLY."
DO NOT TAKE this course unless you know the rest of your classes are going to be completely simple. If you are not a history major, not only will you make a indecent grade in this class, but the strenuous studying required for this class will cause you to bring your other class's grades down.
He is still a great guy. He knows his history, and at times the course was interesting. I wish there was less information for this course, because he could make some interesting points in his lectures. His notes are on power point. He goes fast, so keep up.
I spent at least 5 hours every night for 4 days studying for his midterm and got a D- on it. When I confronted him about it, he said "...what you needed to do was look back in history and try to tie everything together." See history majors will love this course.
