Dale is a man who thinks that everyone is on welfare, he has to be the most liberal man that i have ever met in my life, does not explian what he wants, he makes "general statements" like there aint not tomorrow. He dont care what has happened to you and if you can write a good essay about it, he wants you to write about something crazy that makes no sence at all.
