Additional Comments |
Dale Rigby is an awesome person and a very good teacher. I liked him, but I didn't like his class. I would have much preferred to be in an English class that was much less challenging for a freshman. In his class you are instructed to write five papers that lead into one another. It's called a contract proposal. If you don't pick a topic that can keep your interest, you can change it, but by the time you figure out that you need to do that, you've lost all motivation to do so. It kind of drags out. But Dale really does mean well. He's easy to bond with and you'll find yourself looking to him as a friend. So if you're tired of writing personal narratives and memoirs... take Dale's class! It's definitely not an easy way out, but if you're motivated as a freshman than this class should be no problem at all.
