Professor Rutledge is over bearing. Attendance is absolutly mandatory. He takes off points per day no matter the reason you miss. In the class there is a cumulative quiz EVERY Monday and an essay due EVERY Friday. He is a grammer freak! Be very careful when choosing a professor. This class was the most stressful class I had my entire first year. Before I came to his class I thought I knew how to write, but I found out other wise according to him! One has to forget everything they learned in highschool.
